Williams-Burg Square's model home center is located in Frazeysburg, Ohio just 15 minutes East of Newark, 15 minutes North of Zanesville, and 15 minutes west of Coshocton on "Old" State Route 16, now Raiders Road.

From Columbus and West: Take I 70 East to St Rt. 37 North (Granville) to St Rt. 16 East, Go thru Newark--we're about 15 minutes east of Newark on the east edge of Frazeysburg on the left hand side - look for the red caboose!

(Note: Continue straight on the new freeway, St. Rt. 16, do NOT exit at the St. Rt. 586-Zanesville-Mt. Vernon exit. Take the first exit, Frazeysburg/Old Riley Road, to the right. Turn right at the dead end----'Old' St Rt 16/Raiders Road. We will be approximately 1/2 mile on the right side.)

From Zanesville : Take I-70 to Zanesville and exit onto St Rt. 60 north. Turn left at the intersection of St Rt. 60 and 'Old' St Rt16 East, now Raiders Road (this intersection will be approx. 1 mile past the Dresden McDonald's). Go approx. 5 miles---we're on the right-hand side-- look for the red caboose!

From Coshocton and east: Take St Rt. 16 West approx. 15 miles to the Frazeysburg/Old Riley Road exit, turn left, go to dead end, turn right (Raiders Road/'Old' St Rt. 16)--we'll be on the right-hand side--look for the red caboose!

From Lancaster and south: Take St Rt. 22 North to Zanesville where it turns into St Rt. 60.
Continue north to the intersection of St Rt. 60 and 'Old' St Rt. 16, now Raiders Road and turn left (this intersection will be approx. 1 mile past the Dresden McDonald's). Go approx. 5 miles---we're on the right-hand side--look for the red caboose!
